CLUB AGM
ECA Caravan and Motorhome Club AGM Annual General Meeting at the Freshwater Beach Rally Members are reminded that the ECA Caravan and Motorhome Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held during the forthcoming Freshwater Beach Rally. The AGM is an important opportunity for members to hear about the club’s activities over the past year, receive updates from the committee and take part in the business of the club. Members are encouraged to attend and take the opportunity to raise any questions or matters they would like the committee to consider. 2025 AGM Minutes The minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting are available to members on request. If you would like to receive a copy of the 2025 AGM minutes ahead of this year's meeting, please email Helen Rutherford, who will be happy to provide them. We look forward to seeing as many members as possible at the AGM during the Freshwater Beach Rally.
